1.Paneer:

5.Lollipop:
Another popular item kids love is lollipop. But you don’t them to ruin their teeth eating it all the time. So make them a dish that resembles a lollipop but is healthy. Try making oats lollipop. It contains nuts, sesame oil and other healthy ingredients that are good for your child’s health. Instead of sugar, jaggery is used to sweeten the lollipop.
